Mid-century Sunfield coffee set, comprising pot plus six cups and saucers in thinly potted stoneware. Excellent condition.

Sunfield Pottery was established by Rosemary Dugdale-Bradley in 1937. Sunfield is a residential specialist school & children's home near Stourbridge in the West Midlands, originally run on principles inspired by Rudolf Steiner. The pottery was set up to provide crockery for use in the school, and as a commercial exercise to generate funds for the school.

Dimensions: Coffee pot 17 cm high, cups 6 cm high, saucers 13 cm diameter.
